His responsibilities encompass providing strategic direction to the company which includes corporate planning, corporate policies & finance.Over the years, his rich corporate management experience has evolved and is comprised of diverse portfolios of Marketing, Technology and International Business. His expertise and knowledge comes from experience gained by developing large distributed systems. He has efficiently Conceived, Designed and Implemented several complex Web Products including ERPs.
He comes from an extensive technology background and has gained vast experience in the field of Software Technology.Prior to founding Cyber Infrastructure he was associated with one of the Leading IT companies in India and has served various managerial capacities in the IT industry. He has been Managing and Leading International Software Projects.
Apart from this he has been active in Pre Sales/Sales & Marketing as well. He brings his rich experience to CIS with Software Development and Team Management and is a technology Geek since 2002. Mr. Pareek holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from the M.I.T. and graduated in the year 2002. He had an inclination for technology and he followed his passion for the same.
Mr. Amit Agrawal directs CIS’s Operations Quality & Process initiatives that are instrumental in driving major Financial and Operational benefits to CIS and its clients. He plays a vital role in establishing key alliances and building competent teams who are quite adept in using Latest Technology, Frameworks and Techniques; giving CIS a competitive advantage.
He is also responsible for providing direction to strategic initiatives at CIS and building up CIS’s technical capabilities. As a technology Geeks since 2002, he is leading and managing multiple projects, while maintaining budgets and meeting deadlines. He also steers the development lifecycle of all our web initiatives, mentors the research and implementation of innovative Web/ Mobile & Cloud Solutions. He is responsible for assimilation and adoption of latest technology in the company.
Prior to CIS, Mr. Agrawal has served in various managerial roles in global IT companies in the US, Europe, and India. He possesses a number of certificates in Programming Languages, Project Management, Quality Control and Innovation Straategies.He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from the M.I.T. and graduated in 2002 and is an MDP alumnae of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), 2007.
Mr. Kuldeep Kundal has expertise in Marketing, People Management, Internal Administration and Research & Development. He is responsible for overall Vision, Business Direction, Corporate Initiatives and Goals.
He handled many big development projects for clients like Barclay London, Wells Forgo, Ohio, Wikifun, Mobymemory, and many more. He has actively participated in client’s Market Development and devised Business Plan & Sales Strategy Development. He is also involved in Brand Development, Traffic Growth, and Advertising Revenue.
As Technology Geek since 2002, Mr. Kundal handled Global Technology and Business Leadership includes building world class multinational organizations, centers of excellence to strategize. He is a proven hands-on leader with a successful track record in business leadership and ownership, both offline and online. His strong personality and social skills have led to CIS’s consistent expansion.
