Careem is the internet platform for the greater Middle East region. It was established in July 2012 and was acquired by Uber in 2020. Now, it operates in over 100 cities across 14 countries and has created more than one million employment opportunities in the region. This process resulted in releasing 50+ versions on respective platforms. The regular feedbacks (issues/suggestions/improvements) were handled by dedicating sprints to these specific feedbacks on a regular basis. We also suggested client to adding extra resources to cover the feedbacks in less time whenever it was crucial, and that had a great impact on achieving the timeline.
